How we did it
Brand Refresh
We elevated the Pre Loved Geelong brand with a sophisticated new look, replacing the light pink with a refined neutral palette, introducing an updated logo, and creating the tagline Buy. Wear. Sell. to clearly communicate the brand’s purpose.
E-commerce Website
We launched a Shopify store to replace the manual online sales process, creating a streamlined shopping experience that has quickly grown to contribute 20% of total sales.
Email Marketing
With no email marketing in place previously, we set up Klaviyo from scratch, building automated flows for retention and targeted campaigns for promotions. Within six months, email became a major sales channel, driving 20% of all online revenue.
Paid Ads Management
We introduced Meta advertising in April 2025, with a strong conversion-focused strategy. Over four months, these campaigns achieved an exceptional 12x ROAS, well above industry averages for fashion, delivering measurable growth from social advertising alone.
